Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She started to compete at fitness events after deciding to end her gymnastics career from childhood. In just one year she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel had to spend the time off from stage work following the award of her Pro card in order to finish her college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a number of years after her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. In 2009, she had won several fitness awards. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition after earning her pro card to finish her college education. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback in Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She was 3rd overall at the event. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage a month later, and returned with a 6th place, for the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more proud of her placing. Ariel competed against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. and seated rows. Warming up is usually done before the exercise. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. Her routine for back exercises comprises three or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
